This giveaway contest is organised by [Drive Auto Group] (the "Organizer"). The contest offers participants a chance to win a family ski trip package (the "Prize") and is open to all eligible entrants as defined below.

• The contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
• Employees, representatives, and agents of the Organizer, as well as their immediatefamily members, are not eligible to enter.

The contest begins on November 28th, 2024 at 9:00am Eastern Time and ends on November 30th, 2024 at 6:00pm (Eastern Time) (the "Contest Period").

• No purchase necessary. All eligible shoppers at any Drive Auto Group dealership will be automatically entered. However any eligible party can participate by completing the following steps during the Contest Period: 1. Write a 500 word essay on the topic “Why I love Travelling” and mail to 1800 Kingston Rd Pickering Ontario L1V 1C6 Attention: Marketing Department. Skill-testing question will also be required for these entrants.
• Limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

• The Prize consists of a family ski trip package including:
  • Accommodation for [2-3 nights] at [Blue Mountain ski resort in Collingwood].
  • [Does not include lift tickets, ski rentals, etc.]
• The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. The Prize must be used during the 2025 ski season.

• The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
• The draw will take place on January 10th, 2025 at 3pm. The winner will be notified via email and phone within 5 business days following the draw.

The winner must respond within 14 business days of being notified to claim the Prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

By entering the contest, entrants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or that is deemed ineligible.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected.

Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

This contest is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
